On Thursday 4th July, Myself, partner and daughter went to spur, I chose to have the "All you can eat wings and ribs special" for R109.00. After eating my meal, i asked the waiter to bring me another serving of ribs. I waited, and waited and waited... the waiter constantly walked passed the table but didn't once think of keeping me in the loop as to where my food was. 25 minutes has gone by, at this point I was frustrated and requested to speak to a manager. I believe this is a strategy by spur to keep the costs down. How is it that you can have a all you can eat but not serve people what they asked for? Really pathetic strategy.
