I Placed an order for delivery, I was told it will take 45 minutes to an hour to get my food (I am 5 minutes away from the nandos) I then called back 10 minutes later as i wanted to add on to my meal, they said no problem and added to the meal. when my food got here only HALF of the food was delivered. I then called the BENMORE branch and spoke to the manager and he told me it wasn't his problem! This is unacceptable, when you place a R600.00 order you expect to be treated with respect! It has been 30 minutes and I am still waiting for the balance of my food. I am trying to call them and their phones just ring and ring. I am disgusted by the service I have received
