On 15 November 2013 I called Nandos @ 20:30 to place an order for delivery, the phone was put down while waiting to place my order, I then called back and placed my order. I was told the order would take 40 - 45 minutes, my order was only delivered @ 21:45. The food (two burger meals) was cold. The chips was hard, after having to rewarm the food the burger tasted like cardboard and it was sweet, I lost my appetite and gave the dof the food, my husband been hungry ate with no complaints but only the burger. This has never happend before when I've ordered from this branch. Having to give food I paid R150 for to a dog is really a waste of money. Not happy with the service and food I received.
