My colleagues and I order dinner when we are working late, which is most days in the week, and I am responsible for the food orders. Whenever I order food it is typically a large order (R300-R500) but whenever that order is from Nandos Benmore, they habitually exclude some the items that are ordered, through negligence I presume. Typically at least 2 items will be missing, which results in some of my colleagues not having a complete meal, or one at all.
I have complained to staff whenever I call in but the problem persists. Over the months the missing items add up to a lot of money worth of food and drink items that Nandos Benmore has charged me for but has not given me. My colleagues and I enjoy Nandos but it is unacceptable that I am charged for something I have not received and have incomplete food orders as a result, and the problem is a persistent one which encourages one to order from a food franchise that doesn't have this problem.
