I am VERY disappointed with the Nandos delivery service! On Friday night it took 2 hours (!!!) to deliver our food, and we live 5 minutes from the store. I understand that a few deliveries may have to be combined but I think 2 hours is shocking and disgraceful to have to wait for food! It WAS a big order, but we got a call half an hour after ordering (9:30) to say they were out of coleslaw and would we like another side. Not a problem but this surely means the order was ready (surely Coleslaw is packed last?)- BUT it took another hour and a half for the food to reach us. We ordered at 9pm and got our food at 11!!! We were so starving it was ridiculous, who eats dinner at 11pm?
By 9:45 I would rather have fetched the food myself but I couldn't because I assumed it was already on the road.
Oh and the topping on the cake? He forgot our 2L coke (to go with the cold food). He came back with it (because we refused to pay until he did) but that was the last straw. Nandos, is this how you operate?
