Service deterioration

On Thursday, 8 August 2013, i went into Wimpy Killarney Mall at 12h30. The waitress who seated me at table numbered 8 took my order for a strawberry milkshake. In the 20 minutes it took for the drink and a menu to arrive, I phoned them twice with my mobile phone and asked for service at table number 8. All the waitresses were apparently on a Womens Day Go Slow - it was easy to see that this meal was not going to be up to scratch.

When the drink arrived, i ordered a burger with bacon & medium turned egg & chips, and asked that the manager be sent to see me. Another waitress (I know the manager is a man and he was on duty) came to my table to "check my order". I walked out of the Wimpy without paying, and left my unfinished drink.
