We decided to go have a nice wimpy breakfast, as we got there, they seated us and took our food and drink orders at once, we were a table of 9, cold drinks were ordered, a milkshake an a coffee, when it arrived (a good 20min later) not one of us recieved ice after we asked, the waitress didnt bring sugar for the coffe and we never recieved the milkshake. So once again we had to ask for it. We waited so long that eventually one of us got up and asked for it ourselves. A good 15min after that our food had arrived, our eggs were not cooked as we had all asked, we had ordered extras for our plates (eg, cheese grillers, chips and mushrooms) which never came until we asked again for them, and to top it off, the only thing warm on our plates were the plates! Half way through everybodies meal, a friend noticed a hair in her mushrooms and we only recieved the milkshack (melted and slightly warm) after we had all eaten!! I have never experienced such horrible service or food from any wimpy!!! They were not even that busy which leaves no room for excuses!!!
