Unacceptably bad service and food

Sunday 17 February 2013 at approximately 15h00, Wimpy Pavilion {Game entrance} provided us with nothing less than unacceptably bad service and food.

We were seated and provided with menus but then sat for more than 10 minutes and our orders were only taken when I got up and asked a waitress for assistance. Our drinks then sat at the pass for another ten minutes before a trainee brought them to our table.

The waitress did not ask if we would like a refill on our drinks and waited for me to initiate the request, the last request was not even attended to, I am still waiting for my drink. Eventually when we received our meal, the burgers were dry and unappetising, which added insult to injury considering the store was not at all busy.

This is the first time I have frequented this Wimpy store and most definitively the last.
The management team need to catch a wake up and maybe take a lesson or three from the Wimpy at Ushaka which in my opinion offers the best service of any Wimpy in Durban.
