We decided to do the kfc breakfast. What a really horrible experience!
We ordered the AM riser, toasted chicken and mayo with extra cheese and a juice.
We received our order and went to sit down.
The chicken mayo sandwich had no cheese on it. i went back to Gcnami (38) to ask for them to put cheese on it, after them arguing at the back, she came back to say that i REMOVED the cheese before bringing the sandwich back! This went on a few times with them arguing that i removed the cheese! Why and how do you remove melted cheese off a sandwich without damaging the sandwich? i did not even take a bite out of it! If you want to check your surveillance cameras to see if i the cheese, i was there from 09:55 till 10:07. I am willing to go to jail if KFC can prove that i some cheese (that cost R1.00!!!) off the sandwich! And after the tellers and the staff at the back handled the sandwich with their hands a few times back and forth, they wanted me to take the sandwich back!!! I then called the manager who did not seem that bothered, so i just asked for a refund.
Disgusting service to a loyal customer, for R1.00!!!
Thanks KFC for treating me like a criminal!
