NO SERVICE - POOR SERVICE

WENT TO THE NEW WIMPY IN SECUNDA MALL YESTERDAY MORNING FOR A CUP OF COFFEE. THE MANAGER SHOWED ME THE TABLE WHERE TO SIT, I FIRST HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO CLEAN THE TABLE WHICH WERE SO DIRTY AND NOT CLEANED AFTER THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS LEFT. ONE OF THE WAITERS JUST THREW A MENU ON MY TABLE WITHOUT EVEN GREETING ME. I THEN WAITED FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES WITHOUT ANY SERVICE. ALL THE WAITERS WERE EITHER TALKING OR NOT EVEN IN THE SHOP BUT IN THE KITCHEN. NOBODY CAME TO THE TABLE AND ASK ME WHETHER I HAVE BEEN HELPED. PEOPLE WHO WALKED IN AFTER ME, WERE HELPED BEFORE ME. AFTER ASKING THE ONE WAITRESS WHEN SOMEONE WILL HELP ME, SHE FIRST HAD A DISCUSSION WITH ALL HER OTHER COLLEAGUES AND FIGHTING ABOUT WHO SHOULD ASSIST, WHEREAFTER I TOOK MY STUFF AND WALKED OUT OF THE SHOP. I DID INFORM THE MANAGER OF THE POOR SERVICE AND HE OFFERED TO ASSIST ME, BUT THAT WAS TOO LITTLE TOO LATE. THIS NEW WIMPY CAN DEFINITELY GET A COUPLE OF LESSONS RE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OTHER WIMPY IN SECUNDA - POOR POOR POOR.
