09h55: Phoned in: "Your order is en-route and should be there shortly"
10h10: Phoned in: Placed on hold, phone put down.
10h15: Phoned in: Manager: "Let me phone the driver and get back to you"
10h18: Manager call back: "The driver is a block away and will be there in 5min. I apologise for the delay but there is nothing we can do. I am sure the food will still be warm when it arrives. If not you can send us feedback"
10h32: Driver arrives with delivery.
So here is my feedback:
Obviously the food was completely cold and soggy by the time it arrived. 1h37m for a delivery is completely unacceptable, especially when I only live 6min away! The managers lack of responsibility and willingness to address the issue professionally is pathetic.
