We placed an order with Donna @ 11:45 (07/02/2013), we 1st placed order for 2 x Awesome meals R29.90, then not even a minute later we phoned back to add 3 more awesome meals to our order. Donna said it will be 30 to 40 minutes for delivery.
By 12:45 the delivery guy arrived with an order with 2 meals, then almost 45 minutes later did the 2nd driver arrive with the other 3 meals that we ordered not even a minute apart from the other 2.
i phoned Donna to let her know of the 1st 2 meals that have arrived without the other 3 orders. I also told her that the food was cold.
All she said that she is sorry but it's the drivers fault that the food is cold. Surely there should be some bags they have to keep food in to keep warm? They do that with the pizzas?
I then asked to speak to the Manager, i spoke to Innocent. who apologised for this and kindly said he will replace our first two meals that arrived cold.
Well, we are still waiting.
