Yesterday evening (2 December 2013) we ordered 1 st Burger combo and 2 King steers combo.
Total being R 180.70 chk 2235
We phoned and placed an order at 18h45 to be delivered.
We waited and phoned again 19H07 as no order arrived.
Then again at 19h 19 then again 19h48 after phoned 9 times 2 hours later
the order arrived and it was cold and soggy.
I refused to pay and take the food.
I phoned the branch and asked for the manager.
He said they would make a fresh batch.
I then got in my car and went to the branch.
The manager said the drive has just dropped off a fresh batch.
I phoned the maid at home and she said the driver has just arrived
but the burgers were in pieces and the chips were soggy.
The manager said we can have the soggy chips and burgers for free.
I am disgusted as most of the food went to waste.
I have the supporting slip and cell phone times and calls should it be required.
