On Sunday, 11 August 2013, my friend and I ordered a Cheddamelt Steak (the one on special for R70.00 app). We both asked for our steaks to be well done. When we received it and started eating, we saw that it was actually medium to well. The more we ate of the steak, the rawer it got. When there was almost half left, that part was actually almost raw! We complained to the waiter, whereafter he called the manager, Mr Jaco Greyling. He asked if he could replace the meals, which we declined, as we have actually eaten half of the meal anyway. He then offered to give us both meals for free, which we seemed to be unfair, as we have eaten some of it. We then came to a compromise that we would take credit for one of the meals. He and the waiter was both very friendly and professional. Thank you
