For a new store it is amazing how the staff seem not trained for customer service, firslty they are gossiping about customers in sesotho thinking we don't understand, then we are served a frozen cheesecake and told that is the way its served in "jo'burg" by the manager!! Later we are charged for tea and then told that they actually didn't have any tea or coffee even though its on the menu and the cashier confirmed with someone at the back before accepting the order!! This is unacceptable for a brand new store
