Served frozen Oysters

Good day, 2weeks ago i was at your resturant whilst on holiday in KZN.

I was served rock hard frozen oysters, i reported this to the manager and the Shopping Centre management.

I understand that Oysters are seasonal, but the resturant advertises in it menu they have fresh oysters.

Manager appologised, but that is not the principal.
