I never knew that you never gave sauce with your order!
I ordered a full chicken with 4rolls and Sandra the manager REFUSED to give me sauce that's costs R2 or so?? Her attitude towards me was despicable.
I would like you to go back and view the camera's at your store. Surely someone with NO customer service knowledge should not be an employee at your store, let alone MANAGEMENT.
I do not understand why two sachets of sauce could not be given to a customer who has requested it.
If it is your policy then the approach to a consumer should surely be handled with professionalism and NOT where the manageress is basically shouting at the consumers.
This type of behaviour is certainly unacceptable and some sort of action should be taken against your employee.

I did ask Sandra for her surname but she said I don't need to know. This happened at the new store at the acropolis mall (pick n pay centre) in Phoenix, Durban.
Happy served me as the cashier and she was great!
