Check your PARCEL IF CORRECT FOOD IS INSIDE!!!

I was looking at the sandwich menu on Saturday the10th at 8 in the morning when the cashier started to also name the different type of sanwiches available to me. I ordered the Chicken mayo Sandwich with a cappucino for. I dId receive my parcel and went to work, in my tea time i opened my parcel and realised i was given a dry bun with an egg and potato valued at R16.90. I took it back since that is not what I paid for! I explained to the manager on duty the cashier did tell the manager in their own language i don't understand that i did order the bun. I am an Afrikaans speaking person but still out of respect i speak in a language they understand WHY BE SO DISRESPECTFULL?? The manager did tell me the cashier said i did order that bun. I was FURIOUS!!! i did remind the cashier Cindy that she even gave me the options regarding sandwiches and LEGALLY PAID for my sandwich and she should never try to make me a! The manager did apologise and corrected my order. IS THAT THE WAY CUSTOMERS A BEING TREATED? I always purchase alot of KFC food which i donate to abused and neglected children, Sharon currently on maternity leave always take my big orders for the Children and she know my values.
