On Friday 7 June, I went to Wimpy Killarney with my two kids. The cashier/manager was so rude to one of her subordinates who was knocking off that she even used offensive swear words when reprimanding her about leaving earlier than expected. I don't mind if swear words are part of a person's vocabulary but it's offensive and rude when said in front of your customers especially those with small children. The very same cashier then went on to call an innocent old white man a rat to her colleagues. The man had gone up to pay when she screamed to the staff "who was serving this rat" in a language the man obviously couldn't understand.
The service from my waiter was not bad at all but I was put off by their cashier/manager's attitude, she has no regard for the people around her when she speaks and calling your customers names in languages they don't understand in front of customers who do understand is just wrong!
