POOR QUALITY OF FOOD ON FLIGHTS!!!

I travelled from CT-Jhb on Sunday 12/05/2013. I decided to order a sandwich for lunch as I would have no or little time to get a bite once in Jhb. I decided to order a Chicken Mayo sandwich. It cost R30-00!!!
I took the container and opened it up. There was all but R30-00 worth of sandwich there. The whole slice of bread must have had one spoon (probably a teaspoon) of Chicken Mayo on it. And to add to make the sandwich look better someone added a small piece of lettuce just to make the sandwich look thicker!!!
What kind of fools do you take customers for?! That sandwich was not worth R2-50 for heaven sake. And when I spoke with the waitress she said I should complain as many people are unhappy about it. I have no problem paying R30-00 for a sandwich but then I want R30-00 worth in the sandwich. Come on, you are sponsored by SAA and the government you may as well offer value for money!!
Who sets the prices for food? Is there any kind of quality check? Is there any kind of standard that you measure up to?
I bought the same sandwich from SPAR in Ct the day before. It was R27-00 and had 10-15 times the filling that you supply. Wake up Mango. Get your act together and deliver quality
