I went to lunch yesterday at your branch in Keywest Shopping Centre. I ordered a Chicken Avo Feta Mustard Mayo sandwich. Firstly the waitress did not ask which bread I prefer or whether I wanted it toasted or not, but I left it. I then received a sandwich they claim to be a chicken mayo - I was under the impression that chicken mayo at least involved mayo, but no mayo??? They corrected my order. When we paid the bill I asked the waitress to bill R65.00 on my card. The next minute she walks off with my card and the machine to the kitchen???!!! The manager gave me a sorry for an excuse apology. I then complained on your website, but no one has bothered to phone me back. It is unprofessional what happened. I understand that the branch just opened and that we all make mistakes but then please train your staff properly. The waitress was not bad, it was clearly just lack of proper training. A lot of people recommended that I eat at your restaurant, but believe me, unless otherwise convinced, I will now recommend that they avoid your restaurant as far as possible.
