Came to Cappello for a birthday party and was sadly disappointed with the horrific lack of timely service. The food came through overdone, specifically The Chicken breast that resembled bacon. After returning it with no apology from the manager the food returned with a hair in the plate. After requesting the manager he arrived defensive did not apologize and had a very apathetic blas? attitude towards the situation. We informed the waiter of the attitude only for the manager to return asking if we had a problem with his attitude as he has a large built figure he was in essence intimidating us. At the end of the day an all round dismal experience. Though there is nothing wrong with the vibe nor the area, the management needs serious work.
