On Saturday night 10th August we went to Boksburg Cappello Restaurant. We had a large party of 14 people. Our first waiter that was assigned to us did not know how to give us separate tabs. We then went to the bar and started separate tabs. Fith Cabello was then assigned to our table and she helped us very well.
We had a disastrous meal. 2 of us ordered grilled calamari and it was dreadful- overcooked and tasted terrible. Another person order chicken and when it came is was rock hard and completely cover cooked. Fith was very pleasant about it all. Apologized and took it back to the kitchen and and got them to cook new dishes. When the person who had ordered the chicken started to eat, she found a hair underneath her chicken, We called the manager and when he came he did not apologize but said blankly" nobody has hair in our kitchen." Well she refused to eat it and he took it away. She was then charged for it at the end of the meal. She refused to pay.
We had a VERY bad experience there and one of our party had stomach cramps and was very nauseousness afterwards. All of us will definitely never go back to that restaurant again and we will spread the word.
