Me and my colleaque went to spur in Arcadia Pretoria during lunch time on 19/11/13. We ordered food from the waiter who seemed to be having a bad attitude towards us from the beginning. The my colleague said we should ask for another waitress to serve us but I refused and said lets observe her. We then ordered food. It took her a long time to bring the food and we asked her why is the food taking time. She then called the manager who came to us. We expected him to ask us what the problem was. But he started by saying that the waitress is not wrong because their food takes time. He said why did we come at lunch time if we were in a hurry. Then I asked him why is he addressing this issue like that without hearing our story first. I told him that as a manager he was supposed to give us a hearing and then take a desicion. He said that he cannot listen to us because we are just customers here and his duty is to listen to his waitress. We told him that his attitude is bad and that as a manager he must work on that.
Whilst still talking to the manager the waitress came and put food on the table and left. We then left without eating but having paid for the food because their attitude.
