On Sunday the 28 July at 2013 a family lunch at the Centurion brand turned out to be a disaster. We had to send back raw hamburgers, shakes were not double thick as requested and the frulatas separated due to the hot glasses it was served in. After complaining the manager rudely took the plates and commented that since the kitchen is busy the hamburgers would take a while. The result being that half of the family finished eating and the rest had to wait. Needless to say the Manager was no where to be found when it was time to settle the bill. He could have at least apologized! The waitress Linda was so embarrassed and kept on apologizing, poor girl, at least she received a good tip for serving such bad food to a family of five
