First I was accused of disrupting their restaurant as we were a group of 10 and had to move some tables together. We waited about 30min every time we ordered drinks. The plates of food came out in drips and drabs about 1 and a half hours after we ordered. Only once 3 people had finished eating their food the next 3 plates of food came out. 2 of out guests only received their food about 40min after everyone had finished eating. My sons pizza was still raw on the one side. There was live music outside and one of our guests even saw the staff including our waitress sit outside and drink. The only words we heard were "I'm so sorry" every time we complained to the staff. The manager was nowhere to be found once everything started going wrong. I shudder to think what type of service they give their clients on busy days. We were one of 2 tables inside the restaurant and the other clients seated behind us were also complaining. There were dirty glasses standing all over the restaurant as well.
