Me an 6 of my friends went for supper at Constantia Mugg & Bean on 11 April 2013 and we received notably poor service. The waitress who attended us was too lazy to walk to the far end of the table so she served the people at the end of the table by reaching over my shoulder and so spilled milk all over me. She said that she will bring serviettes to wipe the mess but took her time about it. She arrived much later with it by which time it had already soaked all the way into my clothes and started to dry out. The waitress never checked up after serving our meal and never visited the table after removing the empty plates - we had to get up from our table after a long wait to go and fetch the bill. Except for the spillage of milk we had similarly poor service at Mugg & Bean at Constantia Village a couple of times last year and I once reported it to the manager who clearly did nothing about it. It used to be such a nice place to go - what a pity.
