I went to mugg and bean, Potchefstroom MooiRivier yesterday and ordered a burger and found a worm in my lettuce. I kindly called my waitress and asked to speak to the manager on duty (Ansunette) and it took time for her to come to the table. I showed her the worm and the bad lettuce, she pulled her face (disgusted face). She took both plates away (mine and my dad's) I then asked for another burger, with no lettuce. It took time for the food to come (20-30 min) the manager didn't even come to our table to check if the food was ok or to apologise for what happened. We finished eating and i had to go look for her and asked to pay my bill and asked her for the head office number and she refused and gave me a cellphone no: 0824536036 with no persons name. She was unhelpful and was not willing to assist or looked sorry for what happened. I was so disappointed in the service I received and mugg and bean is my favourite restaurant or maybe we should be told if the service in the different branches are different and which ones we should avoid going to as the service is not equally rendered. Now I will have second thoughts on going to mugg and bean again.
