I have been going to Mugg and Bean max 4 x a week (each Friday for late lunch with family and during the week with Customers). I requested extra feta on my ORIGINAL COBB SALAD, the manager came to my table and said so rudely "its correct you don't need any more feta" - I couldn't be bothered to get into an argument with a rude loud Portuguese woman. The portions are half the size of that of any other Mugg and Bean. I called head office to complain - wow what a response NOTHING. My call was closed after 4 time the call centre phoned me to see if the Manager had phoned me. I am sure the call centre agent thinks that is her job to contact customer (2x in 1 day) to see if the manager phoned me. Surely that's an internal query that an area manager or regional manager should follow up on - whilst I appreciate being contacted to ask whether I have received a call I would presume the correct procedure is to ensure I was called and then call me back knowing the manager had phoned me, then to see if I was happy with the outcome. Good service from the waiter/waitress, half portions, disgusting owner/manager, Area or Regional manager - who knows and call agent bugging me. RIP OFF
