Last Thursday we went to get pizza for supper at St Elmo's at Value Centre, N1 City. We had a bad experience before but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, to my dismay. I ordered my pizza, which was the 2 pizza special, at 18:40 and at 19:20 I was still waiting. There were two people before me and they were also still waiting. A gentleman walks in long after us and just because he warned the staff he is not waiting longer than 25min he got his pizza before us. My kids were getting restless in the car. When I questioned why the gentlemen would get special service they could not answer, my husband demanded our money back and a young lady with a major attitude just went to the till and took the money out after pulling the slip out of his hand. Yes my husband used fowl language but after someone treats you like dirt what do you expect The service is pathetic and the staff has no professionalism. The poor teller (a young guy) did not know how to face the customers and he did not dare ask the kitchen staff, when he did they were respond rudely or just laugh at him. With all this happening not once did the manager show a face. I then went to Mc Donalds which took 10min.
