I have just placed an order with Scooters pizza Gordons Bay, @ 1818 to place an order for two pizzas Hawiain Salami and pineapple and a Pepper Steak, I called back @ 1822 spoke to the manager and said to her I want to change the order to the Special where I get the third pizza "free". She replied no sir you cant change your order because it already went thru, how can you not change an order it is simply reversing a transaction and starting all over again, the manager said no thats it! Is this the service we get from Scooters? Or is it just an incompetent manager? I am actually off only because she refused to be of any assistance to me as the customer!
What happened to customer service??? I complaint is based on her bad attitude and incompetence to actually help me.
I should've just cancelled my order because it was for delivery anyways!
