I order pizza from st Elmo's on a regular basis. Always the same - chicken deluxe. Tonight the pizza was anything but deluxe, when I called the manger to complain about the 5 pieces of chicken I had on that entire pizza I was told I had to phone immediately with the problem. So do they expect me to receive the pizza, scratch around for chicken first and when I'm satisfied feed my family? We all had a piece and commented on the lack of chicken pieces and sauce. This is the first time I've complained about a pizza being delivered from them, so clearly I'm not looking for free food, but just for something I've actually paid for. The manager also did not allow me to finish my complaint before rudely ending the conversation. This is not what customer services is about!
