Tasteless food

Good day

i would like to say that i truely enjoy steers food but its a shame when you buy food that it taste terrible and was dry.
My family and i purchsed food from steers on Wednesday 31st july 2013, my 4 year old daughters birthday and the food was terrible, i ordered a mushrrom and cheese burger which was terrible and the mushroom sauce was so salty and watery, i order 2 rave burgers and the burger was absolutely dry that my daughter did not even eat and i had to order something else from another place restaurant, which cost me more money.

so this is really disappointing.
