Hi - 1 May '13 We went to the new KFC @ Sunningdale. Place our order - at other KFC's you get your order immediately. No now you get a order number. We waited 25 minutes finally went to ask when will we get our order- the lady said the machine is broken that tells them, but she will help me now- then first help somebody - that was behind me say o the machine is not working?? Then she helped me! I asked her if she think it is wrong to make one wait so long at a fast food place - she just look away - then replies I'll put an extra pops with your order. That just blow me over the top - ask her if she thinks that my 15 month old son will understand that he had to be hungry and "play" at a place that smells like food? Also playing at KFC is not save my son bumped his head! Once again I just got a look. I ask her if I can speak to the manager. She called a Oliver I'm still waiting for Oliver he is a no show.
