I would like to complain about the 3 branches of KFC in Queenstown regarding their product namely Crusher. I promised my daughter a oreo crusher 3 weeks ago and have still not been able to deliver on my promise. As mentioned before there are 3 branches of the fast food outlet in town and only one branch Cathcart rd No 1 has had a machine running on certain days but this is a very busy store and always got long queues so have not been able to stand in a queue of about 60 people only to get to the front and get told the machine is not working! I went into the Nonesi Mall branch this morning to be told their machine is still not working. I then went to Cathcart rd No 1 and guess what their machine was also not working!!! I would like to know if KFC would maybe want to remove crusher from their menu in the Queenstown stores or tell me how my problem can be fixed! I would like to deliver on my promise to my daughter ASAP
