I am absolutely appalled by the service we received at the Steers at the Ferndale Shopping center.
After waiting for 20min in a que of 3 people just to order the food. Then while ordering the lady (i cant remember the name) decided to walk off and have a conversation with the kitchen staff. After taking the order then sends us to Fishaways because the card machine was not working. after another 30min of waiting the food arrived. When at home we opened the food to find the worst looking burger, aside from that it was the incorrect burger that we had asked for. The patty looked looked like it was cooked in the sun for a week and the rolls looked like they had been days old. the general presentation of the cheese burger was appalling. i don't want to say what the chips looked like "i took pics of it" when my husband took the food back the manager gave him lip and because the lady taking the order was too busy talking she took the wrong order as we had ordered a bacon and Cheese burger.
i will NOT be going to a steer anytime soon if this is the quality of food and service that is coming from a once fantastic fast food restaurant
