I had one of the most worse experiences of really bad customer service with a combination of attitude. I had ordered the Zinger Burger Meal, Colonel Burger Meal and a Street Wise two, while her supervisor was busy voiding an error on her side, I chatted to my husband and he told me to up-size the meal, which I then had requested to the cashier, with an attitude not thinking that it would be more income to the store to meet target with a really bad attitude she says "Then I must delete everything an re-ring it up", I just told her to leave it because I had never received such bad attitude at any other fast food restaurant moving over to collections no smile or good morning mam... just a blunt "what kinda cooldrink do you want" meanwhile having their own conversations. Now don't get me wrong I don't mind a brief chit chat or laugh amongst colleagues... but do your job first because I really felt like they just didn't want to help me.
Plainly disgusted...
Very disgruntled and disappointed... plus they didn't even ask if i would like to contribute a R2... which I always say yes too.
