On the 26th of July 2013 my family and I decided to go to The Golden Fall Spur, Columbine Square Shopping Centre, Mondeor. We waited a while as it was busy, which we did not mind. When we were seated we were greeted by our Waiter Terry. He spoke to soft and we barely heard him. Our drinks arrived quickly but our food took it's time to get to us. We waited about 20 minutes just for our starters (two garlic snails) to arrive. When we got the starters (two garlic snails) it was cold and tasteless there was no garlic on it and the only thing resembling garlic was the butter. Almost an hour later our Waiter (Terry) came to inform us that my husband's one burger patty was burned by the griller and he apologised for the inconvenience. We waited about another 30 minutes for our main course to arrive. When the waiter (Terry) took our order for our main course I specified that I did not want to see any blood in my meat (I ordered a pepermelt steak) as I do not like it and he assured me the meat would be cooked properly, my meat was raw!!! I ate it because I did not want to wait another hour or so and I was hungry. The Manager was informed about it but I am still not satisfied.
