Last Sunday evening 14 July 2013,
I went to the Spur for dinner - Hicory Creek Spur.
I got seated, handed a menu and I've ordered a Coke Zero. Got a Coke Light.
After about 25min I am looking for the waitress, keeping in mind it was not busy at all, maybe 25 people in the whole restaurant. When she came to the table then, I've asked her weather she forgot about me, and thought I was making a joke.
I ordered Garlic Snails, then she says they don't have. So I called the manager, who came and said no where in Walvis Bay they get snails. I ask him to suggest a replacement, well he said, buffalow wings, chicken livers. So I said to him I don't eat livers nor do I want the wings. I've decided to take the crumbed mushrooms with garlic, so he says they don't have garlic and I point to the menus showing him the garlic option. So he says no, it's not being sold like that, they are waiting for there new menus, which I knew was not true.
The next day, just around the corner I had snails at another restaurant. I've asked to speak to the owner and he was not there.
How can you operate like that.???
