We decided to celebrate my birthday on the 29/09/13 at the Stony River Spur. The manager brought our drinks and took our order for the starters. That was very nice, then we waited a long time for the waiter to take our order for the main course. We waited about 45 min for the main course, he never asked if every thing is fine and disappeared!!! We called the waiter to order two milkshakes for as a desert!! Waited an hour, called the waiter again to ask what is wrong, after 20 min we asked another waiter to find out where are the milkshakes! The manager pitched up and said something about the machine!! We waited another 40 min and decided to leave, then the manager offered us two take away milkshakes. I came a long way with Spur, and that is the first time that I am treated that way and I am very disappointed!! It cost a lot of money to eat out and no one deserves to be treated like that!!!
