On Friday the 26 July 2013 we went to the Cargo Hold restaurant. I ordered the beef fillet and when my meal arrived it was a sirloin. I asked the lady who delivered the meal if a mistake had been made. She was adamant that the steak on my plate was in fact a fillet. I tasted it and I was then even more convinced that it was a sirloin so I asked again if a mistake had been made as I ordered a fillet. She again with more aggression and very bad attitude told me she knows best and it is a fillet. This caused a big scene but now I was angry as I knew she was lying. The waiter who served us came across and saw immediately that it was a sirloin and took the meal back to the kitchen. Everyone else continued eating and I had to wait for them to bring the correct meal. We complained to management but we did not get any feedback.
