Went to Misty Hills Spur in Primrose for a quick meal with my daughter. Waited some time for service, eventually Calvin a manager took our drinks and meal order. I ordered Snails with garlic butter, 20 minutes later when it arrive it looked like porridge. I returned it as I though it was a mixture of cheese. Another manager Allen arrived to say this was their special snails. I stated that I ordered snails in garlic butter which he said he would arrange. After 40 minutes I did not receive my starters or main meal. I then proceeded to the till to pay for the drinks we had had. All of a sudden Calvin appeared at the till and said the main course was coming (Hot Rock). When it arrive it definitely was not 200g as ordered, plus I had chips instead of a baked potato. To top it all they still charged me for the snails which I did not receive. When I asked Calvin for a contact number at Spur head office he was reluctant to give it to me. When we phoned Spur head office they said we must phone the help line and advise our complaint, and only then would they address the complaint. Obviously Spur don't realise their stiff competition in the Bedfordview area. No more Spur for me.
