Me and my family are regular customers at Canal Walk Spur. We order more or less the same meals all the time. The cheesy garlic roll used to be my personal best when it used to be nice and soft and cheesy but now all we get is a very very hard garlic roll which is not even eatable. On many occasions i have asked for it to be done over but when it comes back the garlic butter on the inside is not even melted. I order a double cheddar melt burger all the time but the burger is always halved burnt which you have to cut off. My husband is a rib fanatic but the ribs is nowadays so bad he changed to ordering the t-bone. We went to N1 City Spur last night which has the same owner as Canal Walk but it was a total different experience. The garlic roll was perfect very cheesy and nice the burger was amazing even my husband had one for a person who never eats a burger. So if it is the same owner it means something is very different about the kitchen staff. Canal Walk is the busiest Spur i have ever been to always has a waiting list at the door but if they want to keep the regular customers something drastic has to be done with the people who makes the meals.
