Sustained burns to Hand from coffee not closed

I bought coffee/mocchachino from the McCafe at 6:30 this morning and to my horror when I liftef the coffee out of the holder it was not closed properly and filled to the brim and steaming hot coffee spilled all over my left hand and burnt it i do have pictures of the burns sustained i was and still am horrified by this experience. The stff should b e more careful when filling and closing hot beverages!!!
