This morning I came to McDonalds for a quick coffee and some wifi. I was on the phone busy, placed my order which was delivered at the counter unexpectedly fast, everything correct down to brown sugar. As I walked away my laptop bag slipped and I dropped my coffee. Obviously annoyed with my self for something so stupid, I asked the lady to help me clean up, they told me its all right they would clean up. I got a seat and was about to go and order a new coffee when a new coffee was brought to my table. Free of charge. I really did not expect a replacement coffee as it was my fault that it dropped. I take it that Rose is a trainee as another lady was helping her, so between the two of them they made my day start a little bit better.
