KFC POOR Service and no-care attitude

So I switched to KFC, after a couple of bad experiences with Chicken Licken, across the road.

Thought things would be better, but I was sadly mistaken..

Went to the drive through for 2 mornings and never again...

1st morning... the speedpoint had no paper rolls and they could not print me any receipts. This is after I could not pay cash, as the cashier had no change. Was told to go inside to get a slip.
Kind of defeats the purpose of having a drive-through... The coke I received did not have enough syrup in it.. The window attendant suggested that I go inside to rectify the matter as the coke machine ran out of syrup..
So I went inside and got my slip and watched the chaos as staff screamed at each other to replace the coke syrup; with no-one actually taking any action. So I left with a Sprite, no my preferred option.

2nd morning..the speedpoint was not working at all. Paid cash. Collected at the next window. The wrap was not fresh and microwaved until the lettuce was wilted and the chicken heated to "as hot as " Not very tasty..

Maybe a classic case of gross neglect of duties, gross incompetence by management and a no-care attitude.
Very dysfunctional shop, as compet.
