This has now been the third time that I went to KFC Gordon road drive through, where I was not supplied a slip. I have asked them to give me a slip and everytime the tell me to get it at the next window, and then at the next window they tell me they can not give me a slip. Today, when I got to the front, they supplied me with my food but there was a coke short. They told me that it was not ringed up but, as I once again recieved no slip, I had no way to check. The told me to go out of the drive through and go wait in the parking lot with my R9.90 that I have to pay for the coke and they will bring it to me. I waited for more than 5 minutes as asked, not wanting to be rude, but after that wait, I got out of my car and went inside. Once inside, there was apperantly no sign of anyone that was in the process of bringing my coke as rudely promised. I paid for my coke and left never to return again. I do not see the use of going through the drive through, if everytime I get there I have to wait in the parking lot for my food, because they work to slow, or the fact that I have to get out of my car anyway to go get my drinks inside. The service is terible!
