I have held back for about 3 years to eventually complain about the pathetic service at KFC in Blouberg on the beachfront. Considering the now thousands that has been spent there by my family and I, I can honestly say that the attention to detail, quality of the order, quality of the chicken and IQ of the staff are much to be desired. We continue to order despite the quality due to its proximity to the beach and our house.
Food orders are constantly wrong. Order a Zinger get a rounder. Order a Coke Zero get a coke. Order no chips, get chips and of course charged for it. And the best.. order chicken to get told.. "We are out of chicken" - really? Credit card never works.
Take today.. Order 3 x streetwise 2 (NO WINGS) and get.. 3 x streetwise 2 WITH WINGS in all.. order a coke zero and sprite zero and get a coke and sprite.. when corrected we get a .. guess.. coke zero and a sprite. After loosing it with the teller we are told "no sprite zero" - so why not say upfront. Armed with 2 coke zeros we go and eat at the beach.. BURNT chicken pieces.
Its a constant issue. I am not aware of any other branch that is consistently BAD. I feel cheated out of the quality that should be KFC!!!
