Very bad attidude and shocking service

I frequently visit KFC and must say tonight's experience was the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
I order 2 side breasts along with the rest of my order only to be told after the cashier had already charged me that there was no chicken breasts available. You are a KFC how can you not have chicken breasts? I then asked her this and all she could say was eish, haibo. What kind of service is that? certainly not very professional. Then she changed her story and said we do have and you must wait 25 minutes. It cant be that difficult to use your initiative and inform the kitchen staff you are running low on chicken breasts so that they can cook some more before you run out.

I was then charged for 2 side breasts and to my surprise i got 2 tiny thighs that were uncooked. This is not the first time this has happened, i had the same experience at your Gardens KFC as well not to long ago.

This is not how to deliver good service. Your staff should get proper training or get staff that are competent to do their job properly. Very unhappy customer.

I want feedback from your customer care dept and the manager of this branch.
