I purchased hotcakes at the drive thru, I was not notified that they had ran out of syrup. When I got home I opened the packet after purchasing 2x Hotcakes, I was surprised to find that there was no butter and syrup included.
I drove back to the McDonald's and only when I got there I was told that, they had ran out of syrup a few days ago.
Why, was no butter included if they only ran out of syrup?
Why, was I not notified of the shortage?
I'm extremely disappointed with the service that I received at this McDonald's.
